Founded in 1995, it has grown to represent hundreds of successful businesses. We act as outside general counsel for about 200 California companies doing business in such areas as residential and commercial construction, finance and lending, real estate, retail sales, technology, agriculture, and transportation. In that capacity, we advise clients in a wide variety of matters, including business formation, buy-sell agreements, employment, intellectual property, competition (including trade secret protection), and civil litigation. Although, each business has a unique set of problems, the chances are good that we have dealt with whatever problem your business may be facing.

We are fortunate to represent many of California’s most prominent construction companies, and virtually every type of issue arising from the building of commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Moreover, we advise clients on insurance issues, construction defect disputes, and the drafting and preparation of agreements.

Our representation can vary widely, and could arise out of construction projects, troublesome employees, shareholder and partnership clashes, insurance coverage, trade secret matters, and a broad range of commercial and contractual disagreements.
