Derek C. Decker practices in civil and business litigation. He has experience in multiple areas of law including construction, commercial, breach of contract, and employment.
Derek was born in Saskatchewan, Canada, and attended college at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he earned a degree in psychology while working full time as a bartender. After graduation, he moved to Los Angeles where he pursued commercial and theatrical acting work.
In 2001, he moved to Sacramento where he attended law school at McGeorge School of Law. He graduated with distinction and was inducted into the Traynor Honor Society. He subsequently joined Radoslovich | Krogh, PC Attorneys.
Derek has successfully helped a wide variety of clients, arguing cases involving franchise disputes, discrimination and harassment lawsuits, real estate commissions, fraudulent business practices, and commercial lending. He has experience with litigation, arbitration, mediation, and trial. He takes great satisfaction in having helped dozens of clients avoid lawsuits and/or potential liability through preventative measures.
Derek’s wife, young son, and newborn daughter happily take up the majority of his free time.
