Frank M. Radoslovich, founder of the firm, was born in New York City and raised near Los Angeles. He graduated from California State University at Chico in 1986, and University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1992. He has lived abroad and travelled extensively.
Prior to law school, he worked in Washington D.C. as a paralegal and as policy analyst for the Washington Outlook, the Washington Business Report, and other publications covering legal and political developments on Capitol Hill. He authored reports on international trade, foreign policy with a particular focus on policies impacting Pacific Rim industries.
During law school, he also served as a policy analyst for Governor Pete Wilson and his Chief Economist, Phil Romero, in such matters as trade, privatization, and tort reform. He was principal author of California’s policy on the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). He also worked as Media Chair for Californian’s for NAFTA. In that capacity, he made many speeches on international business and other subjects.
After working for two years for a firm in private practice, he founded Radoslovich | Krogh, PC Attorneys on June 1, 1995. Since then, the firm has grown steadily in serving individuals and companies large and small throughout the state. The firm has been built on the philosophy of client retention, by seeking at all times to offer the best service possible.
Since founding, Mr. Radoslovich has developed a proficiency in litigation, business formation, construction, and a wide array of legal issues impacting California businesses. He also enjoys trial work, having litigated to verdict or negotiated to resolution hundreds of cases, involving such diverse matters as trade secrets, corporate and partnership disputes, employment, breach of contract, construction disputes, legal malpractice, corporate/shareholder disputes, white collar crime, embezzlement, fraud, and many others.
