Jaclyn L. Powell provides both litigation and transactional services in multiple areas of the law including business, real estate, construction, trusts and estates, and insurance.
Jaclyn was born in Los Angeles, and grew up in Westlake Village, CA. She migrated to Northern California to study at the University of California, at Davis, where she majored in Communication and double minored in Economics and Education. She also spent time studying abroad in England and graduated from UC Davis with honors.
After college, Jaclyn attended the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. During law school, she served as a writer and editor for the McGeorge Law Review and spent time studying abroad in Salzburg, Austria under Associate Justice Anthony M. Kennedy of the U.S. Supreme Court. Jaclyn graduated with distinction from McGeorge and was admitted to the Roger J. Traynor Honor Society for her achievements.
Jaclyn joined Radoslovich | Krogh, PC Attorneys in 2008 and has extensive experience in civil litigation and corporate transactions. She enjoys handling all forms of legal transactions, as well as a variety of litigation, and prides herself on providing reliable and efficient representation in and out of the courtroom. Like her fellow attorneys at Radoslovich | Krogh, Jaclyn makes herself available for the clients she services as general counsel and enjoys assisting with their day-to-day business needs.
Jaclyn has spent time in over 35 countries and always looks forward to racking up more frequent flyer miles. On the weekends, she enjoys spending time with friends in Midtown Sacramento, taking her dogs out to the dog parks, and going on road trips with her twin sister to the homeland, also known as Los Angeles County.
