Shawn M. Krogh is a shareholder at Radoslovich | Krogh, PC Attorneys, where he practices in the fields of civil litigation and business transactions. Shawn’s litigation practice involves partner and shareholder disputes, construction disputes, construction defect matters, trade secret litigation, real estate disputes and employment issues. In addition, he guides clients in the creation, purchasing and/or merging of a business, as well as advising clients on day-to-day legal issues that many business owners face.
Shawn grew up in the Central Valley town of Modesto. He attended Sonoma State University, where he obtained a bachelor of arts in Political Science. After college, Shawn began working for Governor Gray Davis as a member of the Appointments Unit, where he assisted the Governor in appointing people to various Boards and Commissions across the State of California.
While working in the Governor’s Office, Shawn attended the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law at night, studying during the weekends in order to make it work. He succeeded – graduating with distinction and serving as an editor on the Transnational Lawyer Law Review. Immediately, after passing the Bar, Shawn was hired by Radoslovich | Krogh, PC Attorneys as an associate attorney. He has worked with Radoslovich | Krogh, PC Attorneys for his entire professional career and in 2009, he was named as a shareholder.
Shawn successfully litigated several cases in trial and arbitration, obtaining both monetary judgments as well as injunctive relief. Nevertheless, Shawn also enjoys advising clients on the best means for staying out of the courtroom and negotiating deals for his clients.
In Shawn’s limited free time he enjoys hiking, hitting the gym and spending quality time with his girlfriend. He enjoys sports, especially the Giants and 49ers, and thinks of himself as a novice beer connoisseur.
