Christian J. Smith (aka “Jason”) was born in the Bay Area, but spent most of his childhood and young adult life in a small rural town in northern Sonoma County, California. Despite many distractions, Christian managed to graduate with honors from University of California, Santa Barbara. In college, Christian began a career in sports journalism. However, following an internship with California Rural Legal Assistance, Inc. – a non profit legal service program that provides free legal service to California’s rural poor – he decided to pursue a career in law.
Thereafter, Christian returned to northern California to attend UOP - McGeorge School of Law and graduated with a concentration in Intellectual Property in 2005. In law school Christian volunteered for the Sacramento State University Academic Talent Search Program where he assisted elementary children in mock trials. He also worked for a local personal injury firm before serving as a law clerk at Radoslovich Law Corporation, where he has been an associate since November 2005. Christian practices all aspects of civil litigation and also handles transactional, entertainment, trademark and copyright related matters. He loves the daily challenges of being a lawyer and thrives on helping clients achieve their objectives.
