Kristina L. Sager was born and raised in Southern California. After graduating from high school, Kristina decided to take the I-5 north to make the move to Northern California where she earned her bachelor's degree in Political Science at California State University of Chico. During her studies, Kristina was the administrative director of the Community Legal Information Center, a student governed legal information organization, where she supervised over 100 interns and 13 legal programs on a daily basis. After earning her bachelor's degree, Kristina moved to Sacramento to attend law school at the University of the Pacific-McGeorge School of Law where she earned honors in trial advocacy. While attending law school, Ms. Sager worked for the law firm of Dreyer, Babich, Buccola & Callaham as a law clerk, focusing on personal injury, complex civil litigation and products liability.
Realizing that nothing could substitute courtroom experience, Kristina made a career shift and accepted a position at the Sacramento County Public Defender's Office where she earned valuable trial experience after taking 7 cases to verdict, with her first 2 trials resulting in not guilty verdicts. Deciding that the arena of criminal defense was not her long term goal, Kristina now takes her combined civil and trial experience to the Radoslovich Law Corporation.
Kristina has also found time for balance in her life. In addition to her considerable drive and determination in the legal field, Kristina is also a competitive ice hockey player. She currently plays twice a week in Roseville and is captain of one of her teams. She is also the alternate captain of the San Jose Lady Sharks travel team that travels all over the country, competing in female ice hockey tournaments. You can be sure that the same tenacity, desire and pursuit of excellence Kristina brings to the ice translates to the courtroom and all other aspects of her life. It is the desire to help others that brought and continues to bring Kristina to the practice of law. |
