Loni Y. Chhen is an associate attorney of the Radoslovich
Law Corporation. Ms. Chhen represents and defends clients in both
the firm's transactional and civil litigation departments, focusing
on business and employment litigation. She advises and assists clients
with their business needs, including facilitating incorporations and
litigating contract and employment matters.
Ms. Chhen previously practiced insurance defense, specializing in
workers' compensation law defending employers and/or their insurance
carriers on related labor and employment issues. A graduate of the
University of California, Davis, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Rhetoric and Communication, she attended the University of the Pacific,
McGeorge School of Law, and earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2001.
Ms. Chhen was admitted to the California State Bar in 2001, and she
began her legal career working in a general practice firm as an associate
attorney representing its family law and personal injury clients.
When not advocating for her clients on legal matters, Ms. Chhen also
enjoys advocating for charitable causes. She has ran a full marathon (26.2 miles) and a 1/2 marathon (on separate occasions) to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. While not necessarily an avid fan of “running” and
by no means an athlete, she will run more miles to continue raising money for charity. |
