Jennifer J. Yamane, an associate of the firm, grew up on a tiny island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, known as Oahu. Feeling cabin fever, rather than island fever, she traded tropical weather for the northwest freezing wind and rain to attend and graduate from the University of Oregon. Realizing her serious error in judgment, Jennifer quickly migrated south to the more temperate beauty of California. Having found the perfect medium in most aspects of life, she chose to remain in Sacramento where she graduated from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law, with Distinction and Order of the Coif. Despite her dedication to her career as an attorney, she still enjoys golf and ballroom dance.
